Summary:
Workforce Software Functional Consultant Associate Manager will play a key role in delivering Workforce Software implementations while beginning to take on team leadership and client ownership responsibilities. This role combines deep functional expertise with project-level leadership to ensure high-quality solution design, configuration, and client satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary functional contact for assigned project areas
Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and solution reviews with business stakeholders
Provide functional guidance and best-practice recommendations to clients
Support change management and end-user adoption activities
Guide and mentor junior consultants and analysts on project delivery
Review team deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality
Support project planning, effort estimation, and status reporting
Escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to project leadership
Professional & Technical Skills:
6 -9+ years of experience in Workforce Management or HCM implementations
4+ years of hands-on experience with Workforce Software (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence)
Lead end-to-end functional design and implementation of Workforce Software solutions
Translate business requirements into functional designs aligned with Workforce Software best practices
Possess Strong knowledge of: Pay rules, accruals, attendance policies, Shift scheduling & workforce planning, Absence/Leave rules and compliance
Gather and analyze requirements from HR, Operations, Payroll, and Compliance stakeholders.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practice solutions aligned with WFS capabilities.
Provide functional guidance on workforce management processes and compliance requirements (OT, labor laws, shifts, leave policies, etc.).
Review and approve functional specifications, configuration decisions, and solution designs
Strong functional knowledge of workforce management processes and labor compliance
Work collaboratively with integration teams on data interfaces between WFS and:
HRIS (SAP, Workday, Oracle)
Payroll platforms
Time capture devices or mobile apps
Support creation of dashboards, KPIs, and standard WFS reports.
Experience in global rollouts and multi country implementations.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in WFS
