We're looking for a Data Entry & Operations Coordinator (Fresher) who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with data and people alike. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing large volumes of information, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly.
You will be a part of our Fulfilment & Operations Team, where you'll receive hands-on training and work closely with internal teams, courier partners, and external vendors.
What You'll Get to Do

Manage and maintain large volumes of operational data with accuracy.

Work extensively on Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, reporting, and reconciliation.

Coordinate with courier partners and external vendors for day-to-day operational activities.

Act as the primary point of contact (POC) between internal teams and external service providers.

Track shipments, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation.

Support the fulfilment team in improving operational efficiency and processes.

Identify problems, resolve the issues proactively, and suggest solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
What We're Looking For

1–2 years of experience in data entry, operations, coordination, administration, or a similar role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, sorting, lookups, data management, etc.).

Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

A proactive, solution-oriented, and alert mindset.

Comfortable coordinating with both internal teams and external vendors.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
