Aelira Lung Care is an exclusive lung health centre in Green Park, South Delhi — one of the few centres in India dedicated solely to respiratory health. We offer pulmonologist consultations, advanced lung diagnostics (PFT, FOT, FeNO), and pulmonary rehabilitation, guided by some of India's most respected chest specialists. Our care is ethical and protocol-driven: we educate patients, we never pressure them.
About the Role
You will be the first voice most patients hear from Aelira. Your primary responsibility (about 60% of your time) is following up on enquiries that come in by phone and WhatsApp — calling leads using a structured method, understanding their concern, educating them about the right consultation or test, and helping them book a visit to the centre. The remaining time supports our on-ground marketing: RWA health events, conferences, and school camps.
Key Responsibilities
Lead follow-up & conversion (primary)
- Call every new lead within the agreed response time and follow up systematically using our structured calling process (scripts, call stages, and follow-up schedule provided).
- Educate callers in simple Hindi/English about Aelira's consultations, lung tests, and rehabilitation programme, and guide them to book an appointment at the centre.
- Enter and update every lead in the CRM accurately — source, conversation notes, next follow-up date, and outcome. No lead goes untracked.
- Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries professionally and warmly; escalate medical questions to the clinical team (you will never give medical advice).
- Share weekly lead and conversion reports with the manager.
Marketing support (secondary)
- Assist in planning and running community outreach: RWA health talks and screening camps, school camps, and medical conferences — coordination, registration desks, lead collection, and follow-up.
- Support other marketing activities: coordinating with vendors and the social media agency, managing collateral, and helping at centre events.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, tele-sales, patient counselling, or front-desk work (healthcare, diagnostics, clinic, or insurance background preferred).
- Fluent, polite spoken Hindi and functional English; clear phone manner and genuine empathy — many callers are worried patients or parents.
- Comfortable with CRM software, Google Sheets/Excel, and WhatsApp Business (training provided on our CRM).
- Organised and persistent: able to manage a daily follow-up list without dropping leads.
- Willing to travel locally within Delhi NCR occasionally for camps and events.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a hospital, clinic, or diagnostics centre call desk.
- Experience supporting health camps or community events.
