We are looking for a proactive and highly organized HR, Admin & Finance Executive who can manage people operations, recruitment, office administration, and basic finance functions in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview
This is a cross-functional role where responsibilities are distributed across Recruitment, HR Operations, Administration, and Finance. The workload is spread throughout the week and month, with a mix of recurring, periodic, and project-based tasks. The ideal candidate should be comfortable multitasking, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and taking ownership of day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Post jobs, screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers and recruitment partners.
- Handle candidate communication, salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring databases.
HR
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Support performance reviews, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and monthly employee connects.
- Draft employee communications, policies, letters, and HR-related documentation.
- Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR operations.
Administration
- Manage office administration, vendor coordination, subscriptions, licenses, and company assets.
- Handle reimbursements, travel bookings, office supplies, and facility requirements.
- Maintain HR/Admin reports, trackers, and compliance records.
- Coordinate office events, celebrations, employee engagement activities, and team outings.
- Support managers and employees with day-to-day operational requirements.
Finance
- Support invoicing, billing, payment tracking, and client documentation processes.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding contracts, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain financial records, expense trackers, reimbursements, and operational payments.
- Assist in managing vendor payments, subscriptions, taxes, and related documentation.
- Support finance reporting and ensure accurate record maintenance.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in recruitment, HR operations, administration, and coordination.
- Good understanding of payroll support, invoicing, and business operations.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, HRMS, and productivity tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
