Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to complete the assigned activities in the stores function.
The incumbent will focus on adherence to existing SOPs and SLAs while ensuring proper upkeep of inventory.
The role holder focuses on proper arrangement of material within the store with stacking/tagging of material at appropriate places ensuring all transactions are recorded at real time as per defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery –
Ensure timely mobilization of purchased products.
Ensure adherence to all SLAs and SOPs. Record all transactions at real time as per the defined timelines.
Ensure proper stacking/tagging of materials at appropriate places within the store.
Ensure proper upkeep of all storage materials.
Reporting –
Collect accurate and timely reports for the management teams.
Maintain all MIS and reporting systems with accurate reporting of data.
Ensure timely escalation in case of any process delays and deviation from SOPs.
Indicative Experience and Exposure
Graduate in material management with 1-3 years experience in store
B.T ech/M.Tech with min 1 years experience in handling store
