Job Summary
Mahakal Stone Crusher is looking for an experienced and responsible Crusher Plant Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations, manage workers, monitor production, and ensure the smooth and safe functioning of crushing, screening, and conveying machinery.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations at the crusher plant.
Monitor crushing, screening, and conveyor systems for smooth operation.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
Manage and guide machine operators and plant workers.
Monitor plant machinery and coordinate basic maintenance activities.
Identify and report equipment breakdowns, faults, or operational issues.
Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures at the plant.
Maintain daily production and operational records.
Coordinate with management regarding production, manpower, and maintenance requirements.
Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper working practices within the plant.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a crusher/stone crushing plant.
Good knowledge of crusher plant machinery and operations.
Ability to manage workers and coordinate a team effectively.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of workplace safety practices.
Ability to work under pressure and manage daily production targets.
Responsible, disciplined, honest, and dedicated towards work.
