Joining: Immediate Joiner OnlyJob SummaryWe are a growing aluminium company currently in our under-construction setup phase. We are looking for a seasoned, proactive Store In-Charge with 7 to 8 years of experience in the aluminium sector to join us immediately. Because the plant is under construction, you will play a critical role in setting up the store from scratch, receiving initial project machinery, raw materials, and establishing inventory systems.Key Responsibilities
- Greenfield Store Setup: Organise, set up, and manage the new store layout for incoming aluminium machinery, structural steel, and construction materials.
- End-to-End Inventory Management: Handle receipt, verification, storage, and issuance of aluminium logs, profiles, hardware, and equipment.
- Documentation & ERP: Maintain flawless daily records of inward/outward gate passes, delivery challans, and bills.
- Audit & Stock Control: Establish physical stock verification processes to ensure zero material loss during construction.
- Vendor & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with local and national suppliers for incoming material offloading and placement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Strictly 7 to 8 years of store handling experience.
- Industry Background: Core experience in an Aluminium manufacturing, fabrication, or extrusion plant is mandatory.
- Location Preference: Must belong to Bilaspur (UP) or nearby surrounding areas for an easy commute.
- Joining Status: Candidate must be able to join immediately.
- Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of Excel, ERP/SAP software, and proper handling of heavy aluminium profiles and equipment.
Schedule, Salary & Benefits
- Working Hours: 10 hours per day
- Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 CTC per month (Depending on experience)
- Benefits: Statutory PF (Provident Fund) + ESIC (Health Insurance) benefits provided.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
