About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our Community Engagement team. In this role, you will interact with users on the Bangalore Connect platform, provide general guidance, encourage positive participation, and help deliver an excellent user experience.
This is a flexible remote opportunity for candidates based in Bangalore who enjoy communicating with people and maintaining professional online interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with users through the Bangalore Connect platform using approved communication channels.
- Respond to general user queries and provide accurate platform-related information.
- Encourage positive, respectful, and engaging interactions within the community.
- Maintain professional communication standards during all user interactions.
- Follow company guidelines, quality standards, and platform policies.
- Report user feedback and common questions to help improve the overall user experience.
Requirements
- Must currently reside in Bangalore, Karnataka.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate in English and at least one of the following languages:
- Kannada
- Tamil
- Hindi
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications.
