We are looking for a qualified and experienced PGT Accountancy Teacher to join our senior secondary faculty. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to guide students effectively in Accountancy and related commerce subjects.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Accountancy to Senior Secondary students (Classes 11 & 12) (CBSE Board).
- Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons.
- Develop students’ conceptual understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and business transactions.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, projects, practical work, and assessments.
- Guide students for board examinations and academic excellence.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic support and feedback.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Participate in parent meetings, trainings, school events, and co-curricular activities.
- Maintain academic records and required documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Post Graduation/Master's in Commerce / Accountancy / Finance or related field and B.Ed.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE school.
- Strong command over Accountancy concepts and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and modern pedagogy will be preferred.
