Position: Student Counselor Executive

What You'll Do

- Student Counseling: Understand each student's academic background, career goals, and aspirations. Recommend the best universities, courses, and study destinations based on their profile.
- Admissions Guidance: Support students throughout the admission process—from university selection and application submission to offer acceptance and enrollment.
- Student Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with students and parents by providing personalized guidance and timely updates throughout their study abroad journey.
- Documentation & Visa Assistance: Help students prepare application documents, SOPs, LORs, financial documents, and guide them through visa and pre-departure processes.
- CRM & Application Tracking: Maintain accurate student records, application status, follow-ups, and communication using CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
- Student Recruitment & Business Growth: Convert student inquiries into successful enrollments while delivering an exceptional counseling experience and contributing to Gradience Edu's growth.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant field (Preferred, not mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple student applications simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for helping students achieve their international education goals
- Experience in overseas education consulting or admissions is an advantage—but if you have the right attitude, we'll help you learn the rest.
