The Opportunity
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end hiring for our Product and Engineering teams across the APAC region. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top technical talent across product development, engineering, cloud, AI, data, and other technology functions.
The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing expertise, a deep understanding of the technology talent landscape, and experience hiring for product organizations. You should be comfortable leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and data-driven recruitment strategies to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end recruitment for Product and Engineering roles, from sourcing and screening through offer management and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements, define talent strategies, and drive timely hiring decisions aligned with business priorities.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality technical talent through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job portals, talent communities, and networking.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche technology skills, including Software Engineering, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, Product Management, and related functions.
Conduct candidate screening and assessments to evaluate technical capability, role fit, and cultural alignment before progressing candidates through the interview process.
Use recruitment metrics and market intelligence to optimize sourcing effectiveness, improve time-to-fill, enhance quality of hire, and increase offer acceptance rates.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, timely feedback, and seamless coordination throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Manage recruitment operations by maintaining accurate candidate data in the ATS, ensuring compliance with recruitment processes, and adhering to organizational policies and best practices.
Collaborate with HR, People Operations, and business stakeholders to continuously improve hiring processes and strengthen the employer brand.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with significant experience hiring for Product and Engineering organizations in a corporate or executive search environment.
Proven success in hiring for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Staff Engineers, Architects, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, and Product Managers.
Strong expertise in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean search techniques, and other modern sourcing channels.
Hands-on experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
Strong understanding of the technology hiring landscape, market trends, compensation benchmarking, and talent
