Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing activities across our personal care brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, paid advertising, content creation, and lead generation.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content.
- Maintain monthly content calendars.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
Performance Marketing
- Create and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Execute lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI.
- Reduce cost per lead through continuous optimization.
Content Creation
- Design creatives, banners, and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
- Create reels, short videos, and promotional content.
- Write engaging captions and marketing copy.
Lead Generation & Reporting
- Track and manage leads generated through campaigns.
- Maintain lead reports and performance dashboards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
Online Presence & SEO
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile.
- Support SEO initiatives and online visibility improvements.
- Monitor brand presence across digital platforms.
Market Research
- Conduct competitor and industry analysis.
- Identify market trends and audience insights.
- Recommend growth-focused marketing strategies.
