Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-spoken Tele Caller to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for our design consultation team. This role is crucial in building the first point of contact with our prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in interior design services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about company services.
- Explain company offerings, packages, and design services clearly to prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments/site visits for the sales and design team.
- Maintain and update the database of leads and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up with existing leads to convert them into confirmed appointments.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
- Address customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and persuasive tone during all customer interactions.
- Provide feedback and market insights gathered from customer interactions to the sales team.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Pleasant and confident telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
- Good listening skills and ability to handle objections politely.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls.
- Prior experience in tele-calling/telesales (preferred but not mandatory).
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in tele-calling, telesales, or customer service (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).

Pay: ₹8,627.08 - ₹15,000.00 per month
