Minimum 1 Year of Experience in tendering on Gem Portal and e-procurement
Managing the process of preparing bids and tenders, drafting letters in English, documentation, filling
Responsibilities
- Prepare documents: Prepare and submit all necessary documents, including technical, commercial, and legal documents
- Communicate: Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Coordinate: Coordinate efforts internally
- Evaluate: Evaluate pricing and tenders
- Analyze: Analyze tenders and scope of work
- Follow up: Follow up on submitted bids
- Look for opportunities: Look for suitable business opportunities, such as government bids and tenders
- Ensure all tender documents comply with client requirements and internal quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of all tender documents and submissions
