Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Team Leader to manage the admissions and sales team at our Edappal branch. The ideal candidate should have experience in team handling, student counseling, and achieving admission targets within the Education or EdTech sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Academic Counselors and Business Development Associates.
- Monitor daily follow-ups, lead conversions, and team productivity.
- Drive admissions and revenue growth by achieving monthly targets.
- Conduct training sessions and performance reviews for team members.
- Ensure effective handling of student and parent inquiries.
- Track performance metrics through CRM and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and branch operations teams.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and student satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Education, EdTech, or Sales Team Management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and manage sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems.
