Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of data to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders from various departments, to identify business requirements and develop analytical solutions.
Responsibilities:
· Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
· Perform data analysis using statistical techniques and tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
· Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical methodologies to support data analysis and reporting.
· Interpret and present data analysis findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
· Collaborate with internal teams to define business requirements and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring data quality and performance.
· Identify data quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement solutions to improve data accuracy and reliability.
· Assist in the design and development of data visualization dashboards, reports, and presentations for monitoring and communicating data analysis results.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques, tools, and technologies.
· Support the implementation and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data privacy, security, and compliance.
Requirements:
. NBFC or FinTech experience is mandatory.
· Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
· Proven experience in data analysis and data manipulation using Excel.
· Proficiency in R programming for statistical analysis and data modeling.
· Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting (Nice to have).
· Experience with Python for modeling, machine learning, and data automation (Nice to have).
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
