Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to drive requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions while leading a team of analysts and ensuring successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of business analysts across multiple projects.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

Drive requirement workshops, backlog grooming, and sprint planning sessions.

Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions.

Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Identify process improvements and recommend innovative solutions.

Handle stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates.

Support UAT, manage change requests, and ensure requirement traceability.

Good TELECOM domain knowledge
Required Skills & Qualifications:

8–12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (with leadership experience).

Strong expertise in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD creation, and documentation.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

Ability to mentor and guide junior analysts.
Preferred Skills:

Domain experience -TELECOM

Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools.

Experience in digital transformation or product-based environments.
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.

MBA or relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.) is a plus.
