Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing cocktails and mocktails, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Create cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks with consistency and quality.
- Provide excellent guest service and recommend beverages based on customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area.
- Monitor bar inventory and assist in stock management.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Handle POS billing and cash transactions accurately.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, pub, or fine-dining establishment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Hotel Management qualification is preferred.
