Anhad Foundation is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to guide students and parents regarding admissions, courses, career opportunities, and training programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding admissions and course offerings.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admission inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and career opportunities.
- Assist students throughout the admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams.
Requirements
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Admission Counseling, Telecalling, Education Counseling, Sales, Marketing, or Student Recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and English.
- Strong counseling and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Experience in admission counseling, telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Experienced candidates possessing excellent communication skills may apply.
- Candidates with experience in conducting seminars, field marketing, or educational outreach programs will be preferred.
Additional Responsibilities
- Conduct seminars, awareness programs, and admission counseling sessions in nearby villages, schools, and communities.
- Represent Anhad Foundation at educational events and outreach campaigns.
- Generate admission leads through field visits and seminars.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and local communities.

Experience Requirement

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
