Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will be the bridge between creative vision and client growth. This role demands strategic thinking, polished communication, and a deep appreciation for design-led business development. You’ll identify opportunities, nurture relationships, and help position the studio as a trusted creative partner for premium brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to attract new clients and partnerships.
- Manage client relationships with professionalism and empathy, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and brand architecture maps.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to inform outreach.
- Represent the studio in client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
- Track leads, conversions, and performance metrics to support leadership decisions.
- Maintain consistency in communication across email, WhatsApp, and calendar invites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Design.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or marketing (creative industry preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Polished presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with creative, design, or branding processes is an advantage.
