Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineer (Fresher) to join our site engineering team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of construction projects at site level, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day site activities under the supervision of the Site Engineer/Project Manager
- Monitor construction activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors on-site
- Ensure timely availability of materials and tools
- Help in preparing daily/weekly progress reports
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance
- Maintain records and documentation for project work
- Support in quantity and material estimations
Skills Required:
- Good understanding of civil engineering fundamentals and site execution processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Familiarity with safety
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
- Willingness to learn and work in field conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or project experience in construction or site supervision
- Basic knowledge of surveying tools and construction software

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
