Business Development & Sales – Backend
- Develop and implement strategies to increase company revenue and sales performance.
- Ensure effective outbound sales activities are continuously conducted.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market opportunities.
- Analyse sales trends and suggest practical solutions for business growth.
- Improve customer engagement and lead conversion processes.
Database & Lead Follow-Up Management
- Handling customers/leads that remain unresponsive after regular follow-ups.
- Understand customer concerns, objections, or reasons for non-conversion and suggest corrective measures.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to improve conversion rates.
Marketing & Brand Growth
Digital Marketing Supervision
- Coordinate and oversee the company’s digital marketing activities.
- Guide and monitor the work of the Digital Marketing Intern/Executive.
- Ensure social media, online campaigns, and digital promotions align with company objectives.
- Assist in building stronger online visibility and customer engagement strategies.
Coordination & Operations

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in business development, sales, or marketing management.
- Ability to generate practical solutions for increasing revenue and improving operations.
- Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities.
- Understanding of digital marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate across departments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive, aftermarket, retail, or related industries is an advantage.
- Experience handling customer databases, lead management, and outbound sales activities.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
