Role: CRM Lead
Summary:
The CRM Lead is responsible for managing customer relationship strategies, CRM systems, and customer engagement campaigns to improve customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize CRM platforms.
- Execute customer lifecycle and retention campaigns.
- Analyze customer data and generate insights.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Monitor CRM performance and key metrics.
- Ensure data quality and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of CRM or customer engagement experience.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
