Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through brokers, channel partners, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners and real estate agents.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Convert leads into bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, sourcing, or business development.
- Strong network of brokers/channel partners preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Incentives
Location: Parel, Mumbai
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Sales Head.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
