About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations & Catalog Executive to help manage and grow our online store.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in e-commerce and retail. We value attitude, ownership, and willingness to learn over prior experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesCatalog & Product Management
- Upload and maintain product listings on our Shopify website.
- Update product information, pricing, variants, and inventory details.
- Ensure products are accurately categorized and presented online.
- Maintain organized product catalogs and collections.
Order & Inventory Coordination
- Process website orders and coordinate dispatch.
- Track inventory and help maintain stock accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure products are ready for listing and fulfillment.
- Assist in monitoring product demand and stock movement.
Website Operations
- Keep product listings, collections, and website content updated.
- Monitor customer inquiries and product performance.
- Assist with promotions, featured collections, and seasonal updates.
- Ensure website information remains accurate and up to date.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic computer applications.
- Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on responsibilities.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Shopify or any e-commerce platform.
- Interest in sarees, fashion, textiles, and online retail.
- Prior experience in retail, catalog management, or e-commerce is a plus, but not required.
