Job Title: Tele Dietician
Department: Nutrition / Counselling
Location: Gurgaon, Sector - 32
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct diet and nutrition counselling sessions with patients/clients over phone or online platforms.
- Understand the client’s health concerns, dietary habits, lifestyle, and nutrition requirements.
- Provide personalized diet plans and practical nutrition guidance as per individual needs.
- Explain nutrition recommendations in a simple, clear, and patient-friendly manner.
- Follow up with clients regularly to monitor progress, adherence, and dietary improvements.
- Motivate clients and provide continuous support to help them achieve their health and nutrition goals.
- Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, diet plans, follow-ups, and client feedback in the CRM/system.
- Handle client queries professionally and ensure a positive counselling experience.
- Coordinate with doctors/healthcare teams whenever required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient/client information and follow organizational protocols.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and counselling skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi; regional language is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with empathy and patience.
- Ability to build rapport and motivate clients over the phone.
- Good knowledge of nutrition, diet planning, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and online communication platforms.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Qualification
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Nutrition & Dietetics, Food & Nutrition, or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant certification in Dietetics/Nutrition will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in tele-counselling, diet counselling, healthcare, wellness, hospital, clinic, or customer-facing roles will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and counselling skills may also be considered.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
