Job Role:
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Business Development Executives to drive student enrollments through field sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident, and passionate about sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to generate leads and build partnerships
- Promote courses and create awareness about the institution
- Meet potential students, schools, and colleges for business opportunities
- Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-ups
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Coordinate with the marketing and counselling team
Required Skill Sets:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good sales and marketing knowledge
- Ability to work in field sales environment
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge

- Any degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Experience in field sales/marketing is an added advantage
