We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrator & Admission Counsellor. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative operations and play a key role in guiding parents through the admission process with clarity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
- Manage front desk operations, including handling calls, emails, and visitor queries
- Maintain student records, staff files, and administrative databases
- Ensure availability of office and academic supplies
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and school events
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance
- Support school staff in daily administrative tasks
Admission Counselling:
- Handle inquiries related to admissions via phone, email, or walk-ins
- Counsel prospective parents and students regarding school programs, curriculum, and admission process
- Maintain follow-up records and manage the admissions pipeline
- Assist in organizing school tours, open houses, and orientation programs
- Ensure timely processing of applications, registrations, and documentation
- Collaborate with the academic team for smooth student onboarding
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Marketing preferred)
- Prior experience in school administration or admissions (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and basic IT tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally
- Pleasant personality and a student-friendly approach
- Fluency in English ,Hindi & Marathi.
