Marysadan Projects Pvt Ltd, a leading construction company specialising in PWD and government infrastructure projects, is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization. The CEO will be responsible for driving strategic growth, overseeing operations, ensuring financial performance, and strengthening the company's position within the construction and infrastructure sector.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive construction industry experience, and a proven track record in managing large-scale projects and organisation growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's strategic plans and business objectives.
- Provide overall leadership and direction to all departments and project teams.
- Oversee the successful execution of construction and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
- Drive business development initiatives and identify new growth opportunities.
- Lead tendering, contract negotiations, and project acquisition activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, cash flow, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
- Establish and maintain effective operational policies and procedures.
- Identify business risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction operations, project management, and government contracting procedures.
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction and infrastructure industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership position such as CEO, COO, Director, General Manager, or equivalent.
- Proven experience managing PWD, government, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated success in business development and organizational growth.
