Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sr. MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and present business data that supports decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Excel, excellent data analysis skills, experience in the retail industry, and the ability to create impactful reports and presentations using AI-powered tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple business sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with high accuracy.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for management using Excel and AI tools.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Create visually appealing data presentations using AI-based tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support business operations and strategic decision-making.
- Monitor sales, inventory, and operational performance metrics in a retail environment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business data.
- Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and reporting standards.
- Automate repetitive reporting processes wherever possible to improve efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, charts, dashboards, and formulas).
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Strong data presentation and visualization skills using AI-enabled tools.
- Experience with Power BI or other BI/reporting tools is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of retail business operations, sales reporting, inventory analysis, and KPIs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
