About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager to lead large-scale multilingual data collection and annotation programs. This role will be responsible for planning, execution, quality oversight, stakeholder management, and on-time delivery of complex speech and language datasets.
Responsibilities
-Own end-to-end program execution from planning through delivery.
-Define project plans, milestones, capacity requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
-Coordinate across recruitment, operations, recording, annotation, and QA teams.
-Track production metrics, quality benchmarks, and delivery timelines.
-Lead daily reviews and drive resolution of operational bottlenecks.
-Maintain project documentation, reporting, and governance processes.
-Ensure datasets meet agreed quality and compliance standards.
Requirements
-2+ years of experience in program management, operations, localization, data annotation, or related fields.
-Strong project planning and stakeholder management skills.
-Experience managing distributed teams and large operational workflows.
-Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with AI data operations, speech datasets, or annotation programs is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
