Position: Assistant Sales ManagerJob Summary
Herbayu Wellness India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, field-oriented, and result-driven Assistant Sales Manager to lead distributor expansion and sales development activities across Pune. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting distributors, generating sales, training teams, conducting field demonstrations, and building sustainable patient communities.
Key Responsibilities1. Distributor Recruitment & Activation
- Recruit and activate new distributors/Swasthya Pracharaks across Pune.
- Build and maintain an active distributor network.
- Identify potential individuals for business opportunities.
2. Sales Generation
- Personally generate monthly patient sales targets.
- Demonstrate live selling techniques and field-level execution.
- Promote company wellness products effectively.
3. Training & Team Development
- Train distributors on product knowledge, communication, and sales processes.
- Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new recruits.
- Mentor teams to develop financially independent distributor communities.
4. Field Activities & Demonstrations
- Conduct group meetings, health awareness sessions, and field demonstrations.
- Engage with MBA colleges, homemakers, competitive exam aspirants, self-help groups, and community networks.
5. Target Achievement
- Contribute significantly towards organizational sales and distributor expansion targets.
- Maintain regular reporting and field activity updates.
Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Science Graduate preferred
- MBA in Marketing preferred
Experience
- 4–5 years of sales experience
- Experience in Healthcare / Pharma / Wellness industry preferred
- Team handling experience mandatory

Pay: ₹15,343.21 - ₹40,000.00 per month
