Job Description:
- Diagnose complex vehicle problems using diagnostic tools.
- Support technicians in advanced repairs and troubleshooting.
- Ensure repairs meet Mahindra quality standards.
- Handle technical escalations and warranty-related issues.
- Train workshop technicians on new vehicle technologies.
- Coordinate with the service manager and OEM technical support.
- Maintain technical records and prepare service reports.
- Ensure customer complaints are resolved effectively.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of automobile systems (engine, transmission, electrical, electronics).
- Diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Computer and diagnostic software knowledge.
Qualification:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
- B.Tech/BE in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
