Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Controller with 2–3 years of experience in document management within the Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, tracking, and controlling project documentation using Aconex, SharePoint, or similar Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS). The role requires ensuring document accuracy, version control, compliance, and seamless coordination between internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all project-related documents throughout their lifecycle.

Ensure proper document numbering, version control, distribution, and retrieval.

Maintain electronic and physical document repositories using Aconex/SharePoint or similar EDMS.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors for document submissions and approvals.
Required Skills

2–3 years of experience in Document Control or Administrative Support.

Experience with Aconex, SharePoint, or other Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).

Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Good understanding of the Real Estate/Construction project lifecycle.

Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
