About the Role:-
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce high-precision metal, plastic, or wood parts according to strict specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications.
- Load raw materials into CNC machines (Mills, Lathes, or Routers) and perform setup procedures.
- Monitor machine operations, feed rates, and cutting tools, making adjustments as needed to ensure precision.
- Perform quality checks on finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
- Maintain machine tools, clean workspace, and perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Document production logs, track job completion, and report any machinery malfunctions to the supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: [1-3] years of experience operating CNC Milling / Turning machines in a production environment.
Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints/G-code/M-code and use precision measuring equipment.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and strong commitment to safety protocols.
