Ø Managing classroom students by giving them proper solutions for smooth functioning of all classroom batches.
Ø Maintaining all data in respective applications for student's attendance, fees and exams.
Ø Resolving trainer's problems and giving them quick solutions for classroom students.
Ø Taking Classroom exams of students and assisting students support department.
Ø Sending bulk advertisement of all data to create positive leads for Softhub Yess Infotech.
Ø Fees collection and reminders to support Collection department of Softhub Yess Infotech.
Ø Lead generation through direct calls, WhatsApp, walk-in and sms for Softhub Yess Infotech.
Ø Report generation and any work assigned by seniors.
Ø Resolving placement related issues at desk and handing over those clients to Placement department.
