Insightful Technologies is a fast-growing IT company specializing in Cloud Services (AWS), Web Development, Digital Marketing, and IT Solutions for global clients. We are seeking a creative, versatile, and detail-oriented professional who excels in both graphic design and video editing. The ideal candidate will translate ideas into visually engaging static designs and dynamic videos, with a strong sense of branding, to support our digital campaigns and client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creatives for social media posts, ads, banners, posters, reels thumbnails, and other digital/print assets.
- Create branding materials including logos, brand kits, brochures, flyers, standees, menus, and packaging.
- Edit and produce videos such as social media reels, promotional clips, ads, tutorials, and short-form content.
- Handle video shooting basics (if needed), motion graphics, animations, transitions, and effects.
- Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to align visuals with campaign goals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs and videos.
- Revise work based on feedback, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely delivery of final files for print, digital, and web use.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Experience with Canva (preferred) and Figma (preferred for UI/UX basics).
- Strong video editing skills, including motion graphics, sound design, and exporting for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, composition, and pacing for videos.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work (required during application).
