Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, result-driven, and leadership-oriented Head of Operations (HOA) to manage and oversee the sales team’s daily performance, productivity, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team handling, performance monitoring, strategy execution, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments to achieve business targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Team Management & Leadership
- Handle and supervise daily activities of the sales team
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, and task completion
- Guide, motivate, and support team members to achieve sales targets
- Conduct daily team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
- Resolve team issues and ensure proper coordination among members
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track individual and team sales performance metrics
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and operational updates
- Analyze sales data and identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure timely reporting to senior management
Training & Process Improvement
- Support onboarding and training of new sales team members
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and sales processes
- Identify skill gaps and arrange coaching or retraining sessions
- Implement process improvements for better efficiency
Coordination & Communication
- Act as a bridge between management and the sales team
- Ensure smooth communication regarding targets, updates, and priorities
- Coordinate with HR for hiring, attendance, and employee concerns
Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong leadership and team-handling experience
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

- Experience in sales operations/team management
- Target-driven mindset with strong decision-making ability
- Good people management and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to motivate and drive team performance
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹21,501.03 per month
