We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Reels Maker Cum Video Editor to build our strong digital presence and create engaging social media content.
Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Video Editor who can ideate, shoot, edit, and deliver engaging short-form and long-form video content across social media platforms.
If you understand storytelling, trends, hooks, audience psychology, and can create scroll-stopping content — we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Production
- Edit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook & other digital platforms
- Create engaging short-form videos, promotional videos, and brand reels
- Add effects, transitions, captions, subtitles, music, and motion graphics
- Maintain brand consistency in visuals, fonts, tone, and style
- Handle basic color correction and sound optimization
Reels & Social Media Content
- Plan, script, and execute trendy reels aligned with current trends
- Stay updated with latest reel formats, audio trends & editing styles
- Optimize videos for platform-specific formats (9:16, 16:9, 1:1)
- Collaborate with marketing & tech team for product-based content
- Create tech explainer videos, office culture videos, hiring posts, and educational reels
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / Final Cut Pro
- Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube algorithms
- Experience in creating viral-style reels
- Good sense of typography, music sync, pacing & storytelling
- Basic graphic design knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Qualification
- Any degree (Media / Communication / Design preferred)
- Freshers with strong portfolio can apply
- 0–3 years experience preferred
