About Aarsh Internationals
Aarsh Internationals, part of the BSL Group of Companies, is an MEA-registered overseas manpower consultancy (Registration: B-0665/UP/PER/1000+/5/8990/2013) based in Noida. We mobilize Indian talent to international markets—primarily the GCC and Europe—across both white-collar and skilled/semi-skilled blue-collar sectors. Through our integrated "Hire and Train" / "Train and Hire" models, we bridge local skill gaps to meet rigorous overseas client benchmarks ethically and transparently.
Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume overseas recruitment drives. Working alongside senior recruiters and operations leads, you will drive candidate outreach, verify credentials, coordinate trade testing, track candidate pipelines, and support deployments across MEP, construction, manufacturing, and facility management sectors.
Key Responsibilities & Competencies
- Curiosity & Fast Learning: Rapidly absorb technical trade definitions (such as 6G welders, MEP electricians, ductmen, scaffolders, and heavy equipment operators) and learn client country labor guidelines (GCC/Europe) with proactive mentorship.
- Candidate Assessment & Intuition: Screen basic biodatas and conduct phone screenings to identify genuine trade experience, confirm authentic Gulf vs. domestic work history, and spot red flags before physical interviews.
- Persuasive Communication: Explain overseas job opportunities, salary packages, overtime policies, food, accommodation, and safety conditions clearly to candidates in Hindi and regional dialects to keep them engaged.
- Consultative Stakeholder Management: Communicate ground-level field feedback and candidate turnout numbers to senior recruiters and team leads to help keep recruitment timelines and quotas on track.
- Proactive Sourcing: Reach beyond standard job postings by tapping field associates, vocational training centers (ITIs), candidate referral loops, and regional community channels across major labor catchment areas.
- Candidate Experience Mindset: Serve as an approachable, clear point of contact for candidates; provide timely updates regarding selection status, trade testing dates, medical appointments, and visa progress.
- Negotiation & Closing Savvy: Anchor candidate expectations on basic pay, working hours, and contract tenure during initial screening to minimize post-selection dropouts and backouts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in talent acquisition, bulk staffing, or recruitment operations. Experience in an overseas recruitment agency or manpower consultancy is an advantage.
- Technical & Trade Familiarity: Willingness and capability to quickly learn overseas trades (construction, mechanical, electrical, and industrial maintenance).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi; working knowledge of English for internal emails, documentation, and reporting.
- Operational Discipline: High comfort with MS Excel/Google Sheets, applicant tracking software, and managing physical/digital document sets.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BA, B.Com, MSW, or equivalent).
