Job Summary:
The Press / Nodulizer professional is responsible for operating and supervising press and nodulizer machines to ensure smooth production, proper material processing, and quality output as per production targets. The role includes machine operation, monitoring process parameters, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and supervise press and nodulizer machines efficiently.
- Ensure proper feeding and processing of raw materials.
- Monitor machine performance and production output.
- Maintain product quality as per company standards and specifications.
- Identify machine issues and report breakdowns to maintenance team.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the assigned shift.
- Minimize material wastage and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain daily production and machine operation records.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Ensure proper housekeeping in the work area.
- Support preventive maintenance activities for machines.

Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Relevant Field
- Relevant industry experience preferred
