Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Ownership & Growth Management
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the P&L of Q-Commerce platforms, ensuring achievement of revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
- Design and implement platform-specific growth strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with platform category teams and key stakeholders to drive business expansion.
2. Assortment Strategy & Catalogue Management
- Manage product onboarding, assortment planning, and catalogue accuracy across platforms.
- Optimize product pages by ensuring high-quality content, correct taxonomy, relevant keywords, and compelling imagery to enhance discoverability.
- Analyse platform and consumer insights to identify assortment opportunities and address portfolio gaps.
3. Promotions & Platform Visibility
- Plan and execute promotional calendars including platform campaigns, banner placements, and brand storefront activations.
- Track promotional effectiveness and optimize investment allocation to maximize returns.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align performance marketing initiatives with platform-led campaigns.
4. Demand Planning & Supply Alignment
- Partner with supply chain teams to maintain adequate inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Monitor operational metrics such as fill rates and order fulfilment to minimize cancellations, especially during high-demand periods.
- Oversee inventory tracking and coordinate replenishment planning with warehouse operations.
5. Analytics & Business Performance Monitoring
- Evaluate sales performance, customer trends, competitor activity, and platform analytics to generate actionable insights.
- Develop periodic performance reports covering GMV, margins, visibility efficiency, and platform KPIs.
- Recommend strategic interventions and growth initiatives based on data analysis.
6. Commercial Management & Negotiations
- Lead commercial discussions including margin structures, marketing investments, contractual terms, and annual business planning.
- Oversee claims management, reconciliations, payments, and overall financial governance across platforms.
7. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams including supply chain, finance, marketing, category, and R&D to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive successful product launches on Q-Commerce channels through coordinated cross-functional planning and execution.
