We are looking for a proactive, organised and friendly individual with 2–3 years of relevant
experience to manage customer interactions across digital platforms and support
day-to-day sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest,
and WhatsApp
- Convert customer enquiries into successful sales through prompt and effective
communication
- Coordinate and ensure timely dispatch of all customer orders
- Follow up with customers regarding order updates, delivery status, and
post-purchase engagement
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain a positive brand experience
- Provide clear communication and escalation with the internal team when needed
- Maintain and update sales dashboards and reports for analysis and tracking
- Monitor customer interactions and sales performance to identify improvement
opportunities
- Work proactively towards achieving and exceeding sales targets
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in customer engagement, sales coordination, ecommerce
operations, or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and customer handling
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working with sales reports, dashboards, and basic analytics
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and motivated to grow sales numbers
Preferred skills
- Experience with ecommerce or D2C brands
- Familiarity working with Excel, Google Workspace and CRM tools
- Strong customer service mindset
