Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) responsible for generating business opportunities and driving sales for ERP, SAP, CRM, and software solutions. The candidate should possess strong communication, client handling, and sales skills with the ability to manage complete business development activities from lead generation to client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, references, and online platforms
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities for ERP, SAP, CRM, and software solutions
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions/products
- Conduct sales presentations, product pitches, and coordinate demos with functional/technical teams
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients to drive conversions
- Manage complete sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Bitrix
- Coordinate with implementation and support teams for smooth onboarding and project initiation
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
- Ensure timely response to client queries through calls, emails, and Bitrix communication
- Handle client objections and escalations professionally and ensure smooth resolution
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets and business goals
- Submit daily/weekly sales activity and pipeline reports to management
- Maintain proper documentation and organized records of client interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream
- 1–4 years of experience in business development, software sales, or inside sales
- Good understanding of ERP, SAP, CRM, or software solutions preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Bitrix, MS Excel, and sales reporting systems
- Strong follow-up and client coordination skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
