Job Description
Parth Plastech Machinery Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Service Engineer for Injection Moulding Machines to join our service team in the Delhi region.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of injection moulding machines at customer sites.
- Machine troubleshooting, maintenance, and breakdown support.
- Mold trials and process optimization.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC-related issues.
- Provide customer training on machine operation and maintenance.
- Prepare service reports and maintain customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in servicing injection moulding machines.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems of injection moulding machines.
- Hands-on experience with KEBA and Devanshi (or equivalent PLC/HMI controllers).
- Good understanding of hydraulic systems, hydraulic valves, pumps, and circuits.
- Knowledge of plastic processing and injection moulding parameters.
- Experience in machine installation, commissioning, and mould trials.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve machine issues at customer sites.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Delhi region and nearby states.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
