About the Role
Plot and Plan Studio is looking for a highly skilled, design driven and proactive Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone who can independently take ownership of residential projects across concept, design development, client presentations, technical documentation, material selection, site coordination and execution.
What We're Looking For
- Strong design sensibility with exceptional space planning and concept development skills.
- Ability to develop original, thoughtful design solutions rather than simply replicate references.
- Excellent understanding of materials, finishes and furniture detailing.
- Exceptional presentation and client communication skills - able to lead meetings, present ideas confidently and articulate design decisions clearly.
- Ability to handle client feedback, communicate professionally and confidently guide clients towards the right design decisions.
- Strong understanding of interior execution and site coordination.
- Confident coordinating with contractors, vendors and site teams.
- Strong ownership of timelines, deliverables and project quality.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
Technical Skills
Must have: AutoCAD | SketchUp | Photoshop
Good to have: Illustrator

Ideal Candidate
4-5 years of experience in residential interior design with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design concepts, space planning and design development.
