We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with sponsors, driving revenue through strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful execution of sponsorship agreements. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, marketing expertise, and exceptional customer service skills to foster long-term relationships and maximize sponsorship opportunities.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new sponsorship opportunities through lead generation and direct sales efforts.
- Manage existing sponsor accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention while identifying upselling opportunities.
- Develop tailored sponsorship proposals that align with the needs of potential sponsors.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that highlight sponsorship benefits.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with sponsors to secure favorable agreements.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing sponsor inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of sponsorship deliverables.
