We are hiring for Amazon Connect Developer(Python& Lex)
Location: Remote
Shift Timings: UK Shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM)
We are hiring for an Amazon Connect Developer with hands-on experience in Amazon Connect migration, inbound/outbound flow development, integrations, AWS Lambda, Python/NodeJS, and Amazon Lex Chatbot.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Must-Have Skills:
Voice & Chat Flow development using Amazon Connect
Amazon Connect configuration & migration experience
Hands-on experience with Amazon Lex Chatbot
Integration exposure with AWS services, third-party CRMs & DynamoDB
Strong coding experience using AWS Lambda with Python or NodeJS
Experience with Amazon Bedrock & Kinesis
Understanding of NLP & NLU concepts
Hands-on experience with AWS services like S3, CloudWatch, DynamoDB & APIs
Good understanding of API integrations
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and configure Amazon Connect solutions
Design inbound & outbound voice/chat flows
Build and integrate Amazon Lex chatbots
Work on contact center migration projects
Develop Lambda-based custom integrations using Python/NodeJS
Integrate AWS services and third-party applications
Optimize customer experience and contact center workflows
