Job Opening: Senior Service Engineer – HVAC
We are looking for a Senior Service Engineer (HVAC) with 6+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service operations.
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC or related field.
Experience Required
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
- Split Air Conditioners
- Chillers
- Ductable Air Conditioning Systems
- VRF/VRV Systems
- Package Units and other HVAC products
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage service-related activities.
- Prepare service reports, quotations, and billing documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of service assignments and preventive maintenance schedules.
