Raintree Restaurant, Madikeri - Coorg is a heritage multi-cuisine restaurant set in the heart of the popular tourist destination Coorg.
We are looking for a kitchen leader who is multi skilled on the range of cuisines such as Indian, Oriental, Western & South Indian. The Chef will be administratively strong, manage purchase and food cost and lead the team with a hands-on attitude to work.
A good guest feedback focus, menu planning, some social media skills such as Instagram, Facebook will be preferable.
The role will include accommodation, meals on duty and incentive pay.
Exposure to retail F&B, Cafe, kitchen hygiene & online food ordering.
